1. Services Provided
Air Express HVAC provides air conditioning, heating, furnace installation, heat pump services, maintenance plans, and related HVAC services to residential and commercial customers within Utah County and Salt Lake County.
2. Licensing & Certification
All services provided by Air Express HVAC are performed by licensed and insured professionals. Air Express HVAC is licensed and insured in the State of Utah and complies with all local regulations and licensing requirements.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by Air Express HVAC are free of charge. Pricing will be confirmed with the customer before any work begins. No work will be performed without explicit customer approval of the price quote.
4. Service Agreement
By requesting our services, you agree that Air Express HVAC will provide professional HVAC services in accordance with industry standards. All work is guaranteed to meet local building codes and regulations.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Financing options may be available - please ask about our financing programs.
6. Warranty
All work performed by Air Express HVAC is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of completion. Equipment warranties are as provided by the manufacturer.
7. Limitation of Liability
Air Express HVAC's total liability for any claims arising out of these terms of service shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services in question.
